Legal documents shouldn't be out of reach for anyone. Our pro-bono program is our commitment to the community we serve — ensuring that financial hardship is never a barrier to getting important documents properly notarized.
Eligibility
Individuals and families who demonstrate financial need and cannot afford standard notary fees are encouraged to apply for pro-bono services.
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and community organizations serving underserved populations may qualify for complimentary notarization.
Clients referred by legal aid societies, public defenders, or other legal assistance programs are given priority consideration.
We are proud to offer free notary services to veterans and active-duty military personnel as a thank-you for their service.

Note: While our notary fees are waived for qualifying clients, any third-party government fees (such as apostille processing fees) remain the responsibility of the client.
